We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

30-Day Free Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. If you’re not satisfied with your item, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be returned within 30 days of delivery

• Be unused and in original condition

• Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at olly@wearelovedog.com or call us on +61 (0)2 9699 1206 with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 to 20 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us and we’ll help arrange it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Final sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Personalised or custom products
