At LOVEDOG, we want your shopping experience to be as joyful and stress-free as possible for both you and your dog. We’re a young and growing business, still finding our rhythm and building relationships with wonderful suppliers near and far.
Many of our products are crafted in small batches, sourced from independent makers, or imported from boutique suppliers. This helps us offer unique pieces that truly reflect the joy and character dogs bring into our lives — but it can sometimes mean a little extra waiting time.
Order Processing
There is limited stock of some product and/or they have longer lead times. Below you’ll find details about how and when your order will be shipped, along with what to expect if an item is made-to-order or out of stock because we’ve sold everything we have.
Orders for items which we have in stock are normally processed and dispatched within 2business days. If your order includes an item that is limited stock, made-to-order, or on backorder, we’ll notify you by email with an estimated dispatch date. If your order contains both in-stock and limited-stock items, we may ship them separately so you receive available products sooner.
Once your order is dispatched, it should arrived within the following timescales.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order value. Orders over a certain value may qualify for free or discounted shipping — check our website for current offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If there’s still no update after 7 business days beyond the expected delivery window, contact our customer service team and we’ll help resolve it with the carrier.
Pre-Orders & Limited Stock Items
Some of our products are released in limited quantities or made to order. For these items, expected dispatch dates are listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, you can choose to:
• Split shipment (receive in-stock items first), or
• Wait for all items to be shipped together.
We’ll confirm your preference after checkout.

Yes — when you place your order, we’ll always let you know the expected lead time. If something is made to order or temporarily unavailable, you’ll be advised straight away so you know what to expect.
